Perhaps you think you are not among those still attached to pain, but do not skip this part. Let me remind you that even if you believe that about yourself, the pattern of thought, the mental program, is there still. And before you know it, your attachment to pain will activate like a silent thief who enters a house to steal. In this case it will rob you of your peace and happiness. We beg you, therefore, in our love for you: Do not underestimate the power of the habit of being a victim of suffering. Do not overestimate it either. Just acknowledge it for what it is. |
