I allow myself to feel every drop of anger that has come to me. I will not do anything with it except to feel it in all its breadth and width." If what emerges is joy, we accept joy and feel it. We do not try to label it, nor say that it is better than other emotions. We just feel every drop of joy as we did with anger, or as we do with the deepest sadness or the greatest pleasure. |
