The understanding? Imagination? Memory? No, it is you, what makes you, you. I am not referring to the "I am" either, but to something that precedes it, something prior even to consciousness. It cannot be named. It is where the pure abstraction of being and the potentiality of the soul dwells, from where the infinite possibility arises in which being can manifest itself.
